The Board of Trustees are made up of people from different backgrounds and experiences, who collectively provide the strategic direction, long term objectives and oversight for the organisation. Trustees are required to have a professional or commercial background with a knowledge of business management, and one or more specialities such as legal, HR, financial, publicity, fundraising and administration. We also seek people who have experience of living with sight loss or are professionals in eye care.
